Alessandro practices corporate criminal law with particular regard to tax, banking and bankruptcy. He further deals with criminal proceedings against companies charged pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 231/2001 and assists international and national companies providing advice regarding the management and compliance 231 Models, including listed companies and public institutions.

 

Alessandro is graduated cum laude at “Luiss Guido Carli“ Law School in Rome. He further attended a higher education course for the drafting of Organizational, Management and Control Models and operation of the Supervisory Body as well as a summer school in deprivation of freedoms and fundamental rights. He recently perfected in “Corporate criminal responsibility and business compliance” at Università degli Studi di Milano.
