This volume contains the commentary on Legislative Decree No. 152/2006 in the current version, i.e., with the amendments, additions and deletions made up to December 2012. The body of legislation thus organized is referred to as the Environmental Code. The exegetical method adopted meets the need for a tool of ready reference and adequate scientific insight.
