Gelsomina is graduated at the University of Roma Tre.

 

Gelsomina deals with consultation and research activities in matters of environmental law and food law. She is a Ph.D. Candidate in sustainable development at Campus Bio-medical University of Rome (UCBM) where she further collaborates with the food law chair.
